Your rights under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

What is GDPR?

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an EU regulation in effect since May 25, 2018. It establishes rules for processing personal data and grants individuals a range of rights related to the protection of their data.

Your Rights

Right of Access (Art. 15)

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy of it.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16)

You can request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

Right to Erasure (Art. 17)

"Right to be forgotten" - you can request deletion of your data (with certain exceptions).

Right to Restriction (Art. 18)

You can request suspension of data processing in certain situations.

Right to Portability (Art. 20)

You can receive your data in CSV/JSON format and transfer it to another provider.

Right to Object (Art. 21)

You can object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.

Masz prawo cofnąć zgodę na przetwarzanie danych w dowolnym momencie. Cofnięcie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed jej cofnięciem.

How to Exercise Your Rights?

In your request, include: first and last name, email address (used for registration), type of request. We will respond within 30 days (in complex cases the deadline may be extended to 60 days).

When Can We Not Delete Data?

The right to erasure does not apply when processing is necessary for:

Compliance with a legal obligation (e.g., invoices - 5 years)
Establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
Archiving purposes in the public interest
